Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent operational leadership experience.
• 5+ years of multi-site operations management experience, ideally within government contracting, nonprofit, or workforce development environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing frontline and mid-level managers.
• Comfortable with frequent multi-state travel (Texas, Georgia, and Florida).
• Strong understanding of disability employment services and workforce inclusion.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across executive, site, and field-level stakeholders.
• Experience with federal or state government contract compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct oversight and support to the Director of the Rest Area Program, Area Managers, and the People Operations function
• Maintain a consistent operational presence across Texas, with regular travel to Georgia and Florida contract sites
• Travel to Texas as needed for meetings and conferences
• Serve as the primary operational liaison between site leadership and executive leadership
• Champion a compassionate, people-centered culture that supports employees with disabilities, including veterans, in every aspect of daily operations
• Ensure contract compliance, staffing stability, and quality service delivery across all supported sites
