The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Division of Marine Fisheries Management, is seeking a part-time archiving specialist to organize, sort, and scan historical materials for preservation in the division's archival database.
Responsibilities include preparing materials, loading documents into scanners, monitoring process, performing quality checks, organizing digital files, supporting special projects, and maintaining confidentiality.

Must work between 8 am – 5 pm Monday-Friday (Eastern Time).

High School Diploma or Equivalent and six months of professional work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference may be given to applicants with previous experience in organizing, sorting and scanning documents.
Requirements:
FWC's Division of Marine Fisheries Management is seeking someone to serve with our team of professionals to accurately preserve the rulemaking archive by organizing, sorting, and scanning materials for historical archiving and retention into the Division's archival database.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
