Duties and Responsibilities
As an OPS Clerk, you will provide customer service to internal and external customers and assist with the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office. This work includes; Answering telephones, directing calls, and taking messages.Communicating with customers to answer questions regarding administrative hearings and driver license eligibility.Collecting and reviewing documentation to prepare packets for hearings.Preparing and answering email correspondence.Collecting fees and processing payments.
