Role Overview

Initio Sphere is onboarding Opportunity Flow Specialists to identify, originate, and introduce qualified investment opportunities to our investor and fund manager network.

This is not a traditional employment role. Specialists operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once Approved, Opportunity Flow Specialists

• Source and submit qualified off‑market or proprietary deals
• Work directly with investors, fund managers, and deal sponsors on live opportunities
• Earn transaction‑based compensation for deals that close
• Build a verified deal track record within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

Approved Opportunity Flow Specialists May

• Source proprietary or semi‑proprietary investment opportunities
• Introduce deals to Initio Sphere’s investor and sponsor network
• Provide high‑level deal context (asset type, structure, economics, investment thesis)
• Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners
• Support early‑stage diligence handoff to analysts (analysts handle modeling and underwriting)

Note: Specialists are not responsible for underwriting, modeling, or raising capital.

Eligible Deal Types

• Commercial real estate (multifamily, industrial, retail, mixed‑use)
• Private equity and growth equity transactions
• Operating businesses and special situations
• Structured or opportunistic investments

Compensation & Economics

• Opportunity Flow Specialists earn success‑based compensation only
• Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed deal
• Payments are issued after successful transaction close and fee collection
• Economics vary by deal size, structure, and role in the transaction
• There are no caps for consistently high‑quality deal flow

How Specialists Get Activated

• Submit a Deal Scout / Opportunity Flow application and background details
• Complete verification and category approval
• Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform
• Begin submitting qualified deals to the investor network

There is no cold applying to funds and no pitching blind. Approved deals are introduced through curated, platform‑driven channels.

Compliance Notice

All activity is limited to deal introduction and relationship facilitation and must comply with applicable securities laws.
