Public Impact, LLC is seeking Opportunity Culture® Consultants for roles supporting educational transformation in the Chapel Hill, N.C. area. Candidates are expected to guide educational leaders in designing and implementing innovative models that improve student learning and satisfaction among educators. The position is full-time with a focus on collaboration, travel, and real impact on education.

The ideal applicant will have a commitment to improving education and possess relevant experience in teaching or leadership roles. Compensation ranges from $65,000 to $85,000 annually, alongside comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of school-based experience with demonstrated leadership.
• 2-4 years experience with a leadership role such as instructional coach.
• Reflect a strong commitment to the mission of improving academic outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Guide school design and implementation of Opportunity Culture.
• Collaborate with educators and leaders to improve educational outcomes.
• Contribute to sales efforts and identify new client opportunities.
