Job summary

Apogee is seeking an OPIR Training & Analytic Liaison Analyst to support NASIC at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH. You will develop phenomenology-based training for OPIR systems and act as a critical liaison between NASIC/GSP analysts and external development partners.

You will bridge intelligence operations and technical development, ensuring analysts have the knowledge and tools needed for mission success. This is a contingent upon contract award.

Qualifications

• Strong instructional and briefing abilities.
• Ability to translate analytic needs into clear, actionable user stories.
• Experience bridging analysts and developers in analytic tool development.
• Familiarity with PIR/OPIR missions and data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials on PIR phenomenology, sensor capabilities, and analytic techniques.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for analysts on advanced OPIR target analysis.
• Support use case and user story development for software and tool development.
• Serve as liaison between analysts and external development organizations to translate needs into technical requirements.
• Provide feedback on new analytic tools and capabilities derived from analyst usage.
