Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and update training materials on PIR phenomenology, sensor capabilities, and analytic techniques.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops for analysts on advanced OPIR target analysis.
• Serve as a liaison between NASIC/GSPM analysts and external development organizations.
• Provide feedback on new analytic tools and capabilities based on analyst usage and mission outcomes.
• Create realistic training scenarios based on actual mission requirements.
• Develop assessment methods to evaluate analyst proficiency and training effectiveness.
