Job summary

Cumberland County is seeking an Opioid Mitigation and Prevention Coordinator – Drug & Alcohol Case Manager to lead prevention initiatives and community outreach across Cumberland and Perry Counties.

You will deliver evidence-based presentations, coordinate naloxone distribution, manage opioid settlement reporting, and support data-driven strategies while maintaining compliance and documentation. Regular travel and some evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health education or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in substance use disorder services.
• Experience coordinating community partnerships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver prevention and early‑intervention presentations to schools and community groups.
• Coordinate naloxone and harm‑reduction distribution.
• Manage opioid settlement fund reporting.
• Support county strategies for opioid use disorder abatement.
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Travel within Cumberland and Perry Counties; some evenings/weekends.
