Qualifications

• Must have veterinary knowledge and pharmaceutical knowledge.
• Must have anesthesia experience and IV catheter placement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct examinations and interviews to determine animal requirements.
• Take vital signs, collect samples, and administer medications.
• Support patient examinations and operations; aid as directed by the veterinarian.
• Document patients' conditions and reactions.
• Communicate with pet owners about status of the patients.
