Job summary

Ikerian AG, a fast-growing medical device software company, seeks an experienced ophthalmology clinician to lead site relationships and perform medical record reviews to evaluate trial eligibility.

You will deliver results to sites, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with the data science team as an SME on eligibility criteria, while traveling up to 25% and coordinating with US sites and sponsors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ophthalmology in a clinical capacity, with retina focus.
• 1+ year of project management experience.
• Associates degree or Certified Ophthalmic Technician program (COT/COA) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage site relationships for awarded projects.
• Review EHR records to sponsor protocols and eligibility criteria.
• Manage deliverables to sites and maintain relationships with sponsors.
• Serve as ophthalmology SME for collaboration with research and data science teams.
• Attend conferences to build and maintain sites relationships.
• Act as US POC for Candidate Identification projects.
