Ikerian AG is seeking an experienced ophthalmology clinician to lead site relationships and evaluate patient eligibility for clinical trials across sponsor protocols. You will review EHR records, deliver results to sites, and coordinate with data science teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

The role requires strong retina-focused clinical expertise, 1+ year of project management, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in ophthalmology in a clinical capacity, with retina focus.
• 1+ years of project management experience.
• Associates Degree or Certified Ophthalmic Technician program (COT/COA) or equivalent.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work CET hours as needed.
• Familiarity with GCP, GDPR, and related policies.

Responsabilités

• Manage site relationships for awarded projects.
• Review EHR records to assess sponsor protocol eligibility.
• Deliver results to sites and maintain positive relationships with sites and sponsors.
• Serve as ophthalmology SME for collaboration and adjudication on ophthalmic criteria.
• Attend conferences to build relationships with sites and coordinators.
• Serve as US point of contact for Candidate Identification projects.
