This full-time opportunity offers a guaranteed base plus production and access to a large internal and external referral base for high earning potential.

Join 80+ providers across Ophthalmology, Retina, Glaucoma, and cornea, with Monday–Friday scheduling, EMR support, and a patient‑centered culture focused on delivering exceptional care.

Qualifications

• Valid California Medical License or eligible
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Experience in Surgeries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR

Responsibilities

• Provide ophthalmology surgical services as part of the team.
• Explain eye conditions and treatment options to patients.
• Collaborate with optometrists and other specialists.
• Utilize EMR to document patient care.
• Maintain high standard of patient communication.
• Maintain license and professional standards.
