Acuity Eye Group is seeking surgeons to join a large, physician-owned ophthalmology group based in Southern California. This full-time opportunity offers collaboration with 80+ providers across Ophthalmology subspecialties and a comprehensive, patient-centered care model in a high-growth environment.

The role emphasizes high clinical excellence, strong patient relationships, and a commitment to leveraging the latest eye care technology. California licensing and board eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Valid California Medical License or eligible.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Experience in eye surgeries and ophthalmology practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with eye examination tools and ophthalmic equipment.

Responsabilités

• Perform ophthalmic surgeries as part of an integrated eye care team.
• Collaborate with optometrists and ophthalmologists across subspecialties (Cornea, Pediatric, Retina).
• Provide high-quality patient care with a focus on clinical excellence.
• Maintain EMR documentation and participate in a production-based compensation model.

REQUIRED:

• Valid California Medical License or eligible
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Experience in Surgeries
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of eye conditions and vision defects.
• Hands-on experience with eye examination tools, such as ophthalmoscope and tonometer. The ability to explain medical terms simply and calmly.
• Experience with EMR.
