Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform standard animal care and husbandry duties, including maintaining and managing animal colonies.
• Conduct experiments in the laboratory including immunohistochemistry, western blotting, tissue processing, imaging, PCR, and mouse handling.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize experimental data into graphs and presentation formats and assist with publications.
• Document experiments in laboratory notebooks accurately to allow replication by others.
• Ensure proper record-keeping and compliance with institutional protocols for animal welfare.
• Assist with other routine lab work and experiments as needed.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
