Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure study compliance with IRB approvals and regulatory terms.
• Assist with protocol submissions and maintain study records.
• Organize study files and source documents.
• Screen, consent, and educate participants about the research.
• Enter data into the database and manage specimen logistics.
• Coordinate participant payments and EPIC billing reconciliation.
• Schedule tests, procedures, and attend surgical procedures as required.
• Attend investigator meetings and support adverse event reporting.
