The brand-new Fredericksburg Health Care Center is seeking to hire Ophthalmologists to join our dynamic team.

• This position offers an opportunity for someone interested in training ophthalmologists to establish their own eye clinic. The facility is prepared for a training program, and you would be responsible for setting it up.
• Make preliminary diagnoses, direct, prescribe, or provide treatment. Arrange for specialized care or patient referral as needed.
• Experience with diagnosis and management of patients with retinal and glaucoma disorders is preferred.
• Provide comprehensive ophthalmology care, including prevention, health maintenance, early diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up services.
• Conduct outpatient clinics, review patients' medications, diet, therapy courses, adherence, and observations. Modify management plans and counsel patients accordingly.
• Perform ophthalmologic procedures, consultations, and treatments for various conditions, illnesses, and injuries.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
