Seeking Retina, Oculoplastic, Cataract, and Glaucoma providers to join a well-respected private group in West Texas. This group provides autonomy and promotes a great work-life balance, allowing you to create a path to higher earnings and flexibility. Run your practice your way!

Practice Setting

Retina Surgery - Lubbock, TX

• Position based on outbound referrals and succession planning.
• 100% Retina focus, with autonomy to develop a personalized practice.
• Equipped with two retina suites; expected to see 30-35 patients daily from day one.
• Up to 9 lanes dedicated for the retina surgeon, supported by techs, imagers, and scribes.
• Flexible schedule: four or five-day workweek, with initial one day dedicated to surgery.

Oculoplastic Surgery - Lubbock, TX

• Complete autonomy to build your program.
• Aesthetic Centers supported by 5-6 RNs with an established patient base.
• Potential to operate out of two centers.

Cataract and Glaucoma Surgery - Lubbock, TX

• Position driven by succession planning and current volumes.
• Physicians see 30-60 patients daily, depending on interest.
• Shared facilities with 9 lanes, supported by techs and scribes for efficiency.
• Work across locations at 50th Street (16 lanes) and Quaker (42 lanes).

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary based on experience.
• Total earnings projected between $700K and $1M.
• Includes a commencement bonus and relocation assistance.
