This facility is seeking an Ophthalmology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and Requirements

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p.
• Practice Setting: Outpatient.
• Types of Cases: cataract surgery and cataract surgery with Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS).
• Credentialing Timeframe: 0-30 days.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Nextgen and Forum.
• Certifications Required: board certified and have a Glaucoma Fellowship.
• Licensure Required: time to license for Iowa and Illinois.
