Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC fellowship-trained glaucoma surgeon to join our busy Ophthalmology practice in Champaign, Illinois.

• We seek a BC/BE glaucoma surgeon to provide high quality and compassionate glaucoma care in Champaign, Illinois
• The ideal candidate is personable and a team‑player with strong medical and surgical skills, who is motivated to develop a broad scope of glaucoma practice, and perform a high volume of glaucoma/MIGS surgeries
• Join a collegial work environment with colleagues that will provide mentorship and support your continued professional development. Our current provider group consists of 6 Ophthalmologists, 5 Optometrists, 1 Low Vision specialist, 5 ABOC Opticians and a dedicated Eye EMR support team. Sub‑specialists include Vitreoretinal Surgery, Medical Retina, Cornea, Pediatric Ophthalmology, and Neuro‑Ophthalmology
• Busy, ready‑made, full volume practice with a strong referral base
• Two‑year guaranteed base salary

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $500,000 - $525,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model. Carle Health offers a comprehensive benefits package for team members and providers.
