Ophthalmologist needed in Mission, Texas

Located in South Texas, just 10 miles from the Mexico border.

Position Details:

• Full-time, permanent role
• Part of a single specialty Ophthalmology group
• Cataract surgeries required
• Base Salary: $300K plus incentive compensation based on productivity
• Paid holidays, vacation, 1 week of paid sick leave
• 1 week of CME reimbursement up to $2,000
• Eligible employees can participate in the Health Insurance Plan 60 days after the first of the month following their hire date

• Reimbursement for relocation expenses up to $12,000

The current team includes 2 medical doctors, 2 optometrists, and highly skilled technicians. The group specializes in recommending eye surgeries and procedures, including LASIK, for patients who meet specific criteria. They are committed to excellence in treating medical eye conditions such as cataracts, retina issues, diabetic eye care, and glaucoma. They also offer iLasik for myopia, hyperopia, and astigmatism, utilizing advanced computer technology in their state-of-the-art office and surgery suite.
