Miami, Florida Ophthalmology Opportunity

Miami, FL ophthalmology client is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking ophthalmologist with a specialty in Glaucoma.

The ideal candidate is an ophthalmic surgeon specializing in Cataract and Glaucoma, with GLAUCOMA SURGERY EXPERIENCE required.

This position is for an employee-only role within a private practice group. The new physician will take over an existing practice from a senior partner in a large, established practice. Patients are already waiting, so there is no need to build a practice from scratch!

Compensation includes a $300,000 base salary plus a 30% incentive on any production over $1 million.

• Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 8 am to 5 pm.
• See 25-40 patients per day.
• The practice has an in-house ambulatory surgical center.
• Call duties are light, handled by a technician after hours. During your on-call month, call is primarily via phone as needed.
• Benefits include health insurance, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance.
