Job Description- Seeking a dedicated Ophthalmologist to join our team as the sole Ophthalmologist at our facility. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to our patients in a rural community, and will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders and diseases of the eyes.

- As the sole Ophthalmologis you will have the autonomy to build and shape the service line, supported by a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat eye diseases, injuries, and disorders.
- Prescribe medications, corrective lenses, and other treatments to manage eye conditions.
- Perform surgical procedures, including cataract removal and glaucoma treatments.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Completion of an Ophthalmology residency program.
- Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.
- Valid state medical license.
- Experience in performing ophthalmic surgeries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety.
