Overview

Carle Health is seeking an additional BE/BC Comprehensive Ophthalmologist to join our established and growing Ophthalmology practice in Champaign, Illinois.

2. We are looking for a BC/BE Comprehensive Ophthalmologist who is motivated to manage a variety of ophthalmic conditions and perform a high volume of cataract surgeries. The ideal candidate is motivated, personable, a team player, and possesses strong medical and surgical skills.

Our current provider group includes 5 Ophthalmologists, 5 Optometrists, 1 Low Vision specialist, 5 ABOC Opticians, and a dedicated Eye EMR support team. Specialties include Vitreoretinal Surgery, Medical Retina, Cornea, Pediatric Ophthalmology, and Neuro-Ophthalmology.
4. Enjoy a busy, ready-made, full-volume practice with a strong referral base.
5. Two-year guaranteed base salary.
6. Minimal call responsibilities (1:5), supporting an excellent work/life balance.
7. Large optometric referral network.
8. Our state-of-the-art facility in Champaign offers advanced eye care and cutting-edge surgical solutions, including 26 Ophthalmology exam lanes, 2 minor procedure rooms, 3 laser rooms, an onsite ambulatory surgery center, an integrated clinical research suite, and optical services. Our satellite clinic in Danville is in a new building with an onsite ASC.
9. State-of-the-art equipment includes Zeiss IOLmaster 700, Humphrey Visual Fields, Heidelberg OCTs, Optos Silverstone, Cirrus OCT, and more.

Compensation and Benefits
