Job summary

EVERSANA is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison/Senior Medical Science Liaison in ophthalmology to engage KOLs and health care professionals across the Southeast. You will maintain clinical expertise in nAMD, deliver scientific exchanges, and collaborate with Medical Affairs to support clinical trials and payer interactions.

The role requires advanced degrees and 2+ years MSL experience (or 5+ years for Sr. MSL), travel up to 70%, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (OD, PharmD, PhD, MD, MSN, DNP, or NP/PA).
• MSL: minimum 2 years pharma experience with ophthalmology.
• Sr. MSL: 5 years pharma, 3 years ophthalmology/rare disease.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary medical contact in geographic area.
• Maintain ophthalmology expertise with focus on nAMD.
• Deliver scientific presentations to providers and health systems.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and KOLs; support advisory boards.
• Develop and execute KOL engagement plans; report insights.
• Represent client at medical meetings and scientific booths.
