SpyGlass Pharma seeks a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our field-based team in the United States. This role supports Phase 3 trial execution and site engagement, building scientific relationships with investigators, healthcare providers, and site personnel across an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in life sciences with 3–5 years in pharma/biotech and advanced degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, healthcare, or related field required.
• Advanced degree preferred (PharmD, PhD, OD, MD, NP, PA, or equivalent).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech/medical device/clinical research.
• Experience as MSL or field medical or clinical development is preferred.
• Experience in ophthalmology, glaucoma, or ocular hypertension preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP, FDA regulations, and compliant scientific exchange practices.

Responsabilités

• Execute field medical activities supporting Phase 3 trial execution and site engagement in assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain scientific relationships with investigators, HCPs, and KOLs.
• Support site engagement activities, trial awareness, and protocol education.
• Provide scientific and protocol-related support to investigators and site personnel.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations to address site-level needs and enrollment objectives.
• Facilitate compliant scientific exchange and represent the company at congresses and investigator meetings.
