Job summary

Parexel is hiring a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) with Ophthalmology monitoring experience to manage sites from identification to closeout. You will ensure study quality, patient safety, regulatory compliance, and accurate data.

The role emphasizes onsite visits, site relationships, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll work in a dynamic environment with world-class technology, training, and growth pathways within clinical research.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of direct onsite CRA monitoring experience.
• Ophthalmology clinical trial monitoring experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in biological science, pharmacy, or health-related discipline.
• Knowledge of GCP, regulatory requirements, and trial processes.
• Experience using CTMS, EDMS, and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualification visits (QV), site initiation (SIV), monitoring (MV), and termination (TV) visits and report timely.
• Manage site quality and delivery from identification through closeout.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned sites, addressing questions and resolving issues.
• Oversee study integrity and build relationships with investigators and site staff.
• Review trial performance and safeguard participant rights, safety, and well-being.
• Develop patient recruitment strategies with sites to support timelines.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, protocols, amendments, and GCP.
• Evaluate data quality and site performance and accountability of investigational products.
• Verify completeness and quality of regulatory documentation at sites.
