Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Advanced degree (PhD/PharmD/MSc) preferred
• ≥ 10 years pharma clinical drug development experience, ophthalmology knowledge
• Strong knowledge of GCP, study design, and medical writing

Responsibilities

• Contributes to program team meetings, advisory boards, and data safety monitoring meetings
• Represents function in cross‑department collaborations
• Maintains understanding of disease biology, drug candidate, and landscape
• Designs and executes clinical research and development studies for assets
• Develops expanded synopsis and reviews clinical trial protocols and amendments
• Authors/reviews trials documents: monitoring plans, SAPs, consent forms, study reports
