Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for software development and improving healthcare.
• 5+ years guiding development of FDA-regulated healthcare software.
• 3+ years in Ophthalmology industry.
• Strong network in Ophthalmology for guidance.
• Good understanding of AI and FDA clearance processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Ophthalmology AI product team and guide product development.
• Define specifications from market feedback and competitive landscape.
• Develop and manage the product roadmap and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs for FDA clearance process.
• Support deployment and GTM with business and field teams.
