Job summary

Optalysys is seeking a visionary VP Product to shape the future of our AI infrastructure and photonic computing product line. You will set vision, strategy, and execution, coordinating with Engineering, R&D, Commercial, and Marketing to deliver differentiated hardware and software solutions.

You will lead a high-performing product organization, drive GTM, pricing, and customer engagement, and translate complex R&D outcomes into market-ready offerings in a fast-moving deep-tech environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in product management/leadership in AI infrastructure or deeptech.
• Proven track record turning R&D into market-ready products.
• Strong commercial acumen in pricing, GTM, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and strategy across photonic computing and AI infrastructure.
• Develop and manage multi-year roadmaps with cross-functional teams.
• Lead executive stakeholder management and performance metrics.
