Job summary

Fort Wayne, Indiana, ophthalmology practice seeks a physician to join two owner MDs and three ODs in a well-established private practice. The schedule offers 4 to 4.5 days per week with 1–2 surgery days, and you can choose your day off for great work-life balance.

Technicians handle workup, vision, IOP, refraction, and dilation, with scribes available to support patient flow. CompHealth coordinates interviews, negotiates contracts, and provides dedicated recruiter support.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible ophthalmologists encouraged to apply
• Case load flexibility — physicians set their own preferred volume
• Technicians handle workup history, vision, IOP, refraction, and dilation
• Scribes available to assist with patient flow and documentation

Responsibilities
