Job summary

U.S. Navy Ophthalmologist – Active-Duty Physician is sought for worldwide, full-time, in-person service in Ophthalmology. Provide top-tier eye care, advance military readiness, and benefit from comprehensive federal perks and a balanced lifestyle.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree (or ECFMG certification) as applicable to U.S. military medicine.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Ophthalmology residency (or in final year).
• Board certification or active candidacy (or in final year of residency).

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert medical and surgical eye care for a wide range of eye conditions and patients.
• Lead ophthalmic teams and mentor personnel while ensuring readiness of service members.
