• Diagnose and treat a wide range of eye diseases and conditions.
• Perform surgical procedures and pre/postoperative care.
• Provide health education and preventive care counseling.
• Ordering labs, radiology, pathology tests and specialty consults.
• Consult with specialists for high-risk or complex patients.
• Foster a professional, collaborative work environment.
• Participate in CQI and clinical projects for improvement.
• Provide case management with health care team members.
