Hunterlex is seeking a skilled Ophthalmologist to join our Marion, Illinois clinic and advance toward a partnership role. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive eye care, perform cataract and refractive procedures, and collaborate with a team of ophthalmic technicians and optometrists to uphold the highest standards of patient care.

The role offers a competitive base salary starting at $500,000–$600,000 with significant production-based incentives and a clear ownership pathway.

Formación

• MD or DO with completed ophthalmology residency.
• Board certification or eligibility in Ophthalmology.
• Active medical license in Illinois.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive eye care including exams, diagnoses and treatments.
• Perform cataract, refractive, glaucoma surgeries and laser treatments.
• Build lasting patient relationships with compassionate care.
• Collaborate with ophthalmic technicians, optometrists and other health professionals.
• Engage in community outreach and eye health education.
