Job summary

Starling Physicians is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist, glaucoma trained, to join our established Ophthalmology department in CT. This role supports a multidisciplinary team with fellowship-trained colleagues and sites in New Britain and Wethersfield.

You will practice in a physician-led, patient-centric network offering competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, shareholder opportunities, and robust CME funding to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Board Certification or Eligibility in Ophthalmology.
• Connecticut medical license required to practice.
• DEA license required to practice in ophthalmology.

Responsibilities

• Join a well-regarded Ophthalmology department with retina, cornea, glaucoma and oculoplastics.
• Sites of service in New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.
• Provide coordinated resources and care management.
• Deliver comprehensive ophthalmology care with glaucoma focus.

Starling Physicians is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Ophthalmologist, Glaucoma trained to join our expanding Ophthalmology department. Looking for a team player to join this very well regarded, long established, collegial practice.

• The practice has fellowship trained retina, cornea, glaucoma, and oculoplastics.


• All technology is available and will acquire any additional desired needs.


• Sites of service to include New Britain and Wethersfield, CT.


• Coordinated resources and shared expertise.


• Complete administrative and care management support.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain Connecticut licensure before you begin practicing.


• Board Certification/Eligibility and DEA license required.

Compensation Range

$400,000-$450,000 guarantee with upside potential
