Eyetastic Services is seeking an Ophthalmologist in Spring Hill, FL to join a thriving practice. The position features a 4 clinical days and 1 surgical day per week, with a guaranteed salary for 12 months and transitioning to 35% of collections, often exceeding the guarantee.

MD/DO with strong residency and independent surgical experience is required. An opportunity to invest in equity within the total enterprise is available.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with a strong residency background.
• Experience performing surgeries independently.
• Enthusiastic about joining a thriving practice and serving the local community.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional medical eye care and surgical services with strong technician support.
• Cataract surgery (including premium IOLs).
• In-office procedures such as YAG, SLT, and LPI.
• Pterygium excision, chalazion incision/curettage, eyelid lesion removal, and blepharoplasty.
• Collaborate with a visiting vitreoretinal specialist two to three days per month.
• Manage a practice effectively while providing top-tier patient care.
