The Department of Ophthalmology at VCU Medical Center supports both primary and tertiary eye care. Faculty advance patient care, education, and research to improve vision for all.
The role involves direct patient care and supervision in three outpatient settings: Main Campus, Richmond V.A. Medical Center, and suburban ASC locations. The department supports a 16‑resident ophthalmology training program with a 5‑year ACGME accreditation.
