Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree required with accredited ophthalmology residency.

Ophthalmologist – Comprehensive | Cataract Surgeon | Dry Eye Specialist

San Francisco Bay Area – Two Locations

We are a well-established, physician-owned ophthalmology practice with two thriving locations in San Francisco, seeking a full-time or part-time Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to build a rewarding career in a collaborative and innovative environment.

About the Practice:

Our modern, well-equipped offices provide a full spectrum of comprehensive ophthalmologic care, with a strong focus on cataract surgery and advanced dry eye treatments. Our patient-centered approach and commitment to cutting-edge technology have earned us a loyal and growing patient base. We are in the process of building OBS Suites at both locations.

Position Highlights:

  • Full-time or part-time role with a pathway to partnership
  • Surgical focus on cataracts, including premium IOLs
  • Clinical care in comprehensive ophthalmology and dry eye disease
  • Access to in-office diagnostic and treatment technologies (e.g., LipiFlow, IPL, meibography; IPL; LAL, etc.)
  • Strong support from experienced technicians and administrative staff
  • Competitive salary, benefits, and productivity incentives

Qualifications:

  • MD or DO with completion of an accredited ophthalmology residency or fellowship
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in ophthalmology
  • Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in California
  • Strong interest in cataract surgery and dry eye treatment
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
