Curative is seeking an ophthalmologist for a private practice near Hartford, Connecticut, offering partnership track and a high-volume cataract focus. The role features 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week, with established referrals and physician-led operations.

The practice plans up to 1000 cataract surgeries annually, with a dedicated OR day and full support. Board-Eligible or Board-Certified candidates are encouraged; visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible ophthalmologist with interest in high-volume cataract surgery.
• Willing to join a physician-led private practice with partnership track.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• 4 clinic days and 1 OR day per week.
• Deliver high-volume cataract surgeries with built-in referrals.
• Collaborate with a five-surgeon team and share office call rotation.
• Work toward ownership within 24 months.
