Job summary

Cihealthgroup Ophthalmology is seeking a physician to join a private, physician-owned practice with a dedicated Eye Center, a multi-OR Surgery Center, and an optical shop. You will work alongside three full-time ophthalmologists (general and retina) with support from scribes and two technicians.

The role offers a clear path to a two-year partnership, with strong earning potential and relocation benefits. Expect heavy glaucoma/cataract volume, defined clinic and OR days, and a relocation package.

Responsibilities

• Join three full-time ophthalmologists (general and retina), each supported by scribes and two technicians
• Dedicated Eye Center with adjacent multi-OR Surgery Center and optical shop
• Opportunity to assume significant Glaucoma and Cataract volume if interested
• 4 clinic days + 1 OR day per week – partners typically take Fridays off
• 40–55 patients per clinic day; 8–12 surgical procedures per OR day
