Optimum is partnering with facilities on Long Island, New York, that have openings for a skilled Ophthalmologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established ophthalmology team with a strong presence in the community and a broad range of cases.

Schedule a 4-day workweek with no call required. Average cataract volume is 20 procedures per month, with a caseload spanning cataracts, glaucoma and dry eye.

Qualifications

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible.
• High-volume ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Proficient in cataract and glaucoma management.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload including cataracts, glaucoma and dry eye.
• Provide comprehensive ophthalmic care and post-operative follow-up.
