The role offers a Monday–Friday flexible schedule with OR block availability, shared call rotation, and a comprehensive ophthalmology practice including retina, corneal/refractive, glaucoma, oculoplastics, and pediatrics/strabismus. Support from skilled techs enhances productivity, with equal compensation and benefits from day one.

$425,000-466,250/ year. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentive or production-based compensation.
