Position offers a personalized schedule, one clinic day per week focused on procedures, and a call schedule of 1:5. Compensation includes a two-year guarantee of $700K base with potential move to a Production Compensation Model after

• Personalized clinic and endoscopy schedules tailored to your preferences

• Dedicated ERCP suite, ERCP/EUS is a plus but not required

BENEFITS & COMPENSATION:

• 2 Year Guarantee - $700K base salary with option to move to a Production Compensation Model after year one. $81.56/RVU Conversion Factor
• Up to $75K starting bonus
