Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for eye examinations.
• Review patient histories and gather medical information.
• Perform diagnostic testing and pre-testing.
• Assist doctors with contact lens services, follow-up care, and treatment preparation.
• Educate patients about contact lenses and medical eye care.
• Assist patients with eyewear, frame, and lens selections when needed.
• Support front-office operations including paperwork, scheduling, and phones.
• Provide friendly, attentive service throughout the patient experience.
