Assist in the care of patients by performing portions of the patient exam and a variety of preliminary tests according to physician orders and nature of the patient visit.
The Ophthalmic Technician works closely with physicians, patients, and other medical floor staff.
Eye Clinic of Wisconsin has eight locations; while staff will be assigned to a “home” location; travel to satellites is a requirement of the position. Hours of work will be dependent on the needs of the Clinic. Requires the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Occasional lifting (30 pounds), bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and climbing stairs is required.
