Stiles Eyecare Excellence in Overland Park, KS is seeking a Medical Scribe, Ophthalmology to support the ophthalmologist with patient testing, EMR documentation, and coordination of care.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. Full-time, M-F 8am-5pm, with occasional earlier/later shifts. COA/COT preferred but not required. Benefits, 401k, PTO, and maternity leave offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of related experience or training.
• Interest in ophthalmology and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assist doctor with preliminary testing and charting.
• Verify patient insurance information and demographics.
• Communicate with patients, doctors, and staff effectively.
