Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with EMR/EHR applications preferred; NextGen is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to pursue COA certification and strong clinical communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Verify patient identity and gather medical histories and medications.
• Perform ophthalmic testing and vision measurements as part of patient workups.
• Support prior authorizations tracking and assist with office procedures when applicable.
• Prepare exam rooms, maintain equipment, and ensure infection control protocols.
• Train and mentor Ophthalmic Testers and Level 1 Technicians; support team needs.
