Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Approximately 2+ years of related ophthalmic experience.
• Certified Ophthalmic Medical Assistant (COA) or equivalent training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures facilities and equipment are in optimal working condition and coordinates maintenance.
• Attends workshops to stay current with standards and best practices.
• Answers phones, triages calls, and maintains patient flow.
• Maintains patient safety and a sterile environment; observes infection control.
