Qualifications

• Requires customer service skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to make independent decisions is a must.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and document patient history.
• Determine visual acuity.
• Perform automated refraction.
• Administer eye drops and ointments as ordered by physician.
• Perform office duties and manage data entry into EMR.
• Provide patient services and maintain equipment.
• Travel to various locations as needed.
