Ophthalmic Tech-Certified
Required -High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred - Completion of a four year Ophthalmic Medical Technology program
Required -None.
Preferred - Experience in an ophthalmic care setting
Required - Certified Ophthalmic Technician (COT) through JCAHPO
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
