Job summary

Qualifications

• Willing to obtain COA certification within two years from hire.
• Experience with EMR systems and basic office software is expected.
• Ability to learn ophthalmic testing procedures and terminology.

Responsibilities

• Perform preliminary ophthalmic testing and patient data collection.
• Assist clinicians during exams and minor procedures.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain ophthalmic equipment.
• Document findings in the EMR and educate patients on procedures.
• Support administrative tasks as needed, with potential cross-training.
